All of the recipes featured on Cheerfully Planted are Whole Food Plant Based.  I never use oil, processed sweeteners, white flour, or animal products including meat, seafood, dairy, or eggs.  In general, I minimize my use of salt or high sodium ingredients.  I tend to focus my efforts towards nutrient-dense meals, but a few special occasion items may slip though the cracks.  If you are a plant-based veteran, or a complete newbie, I hope you find my recipes approachable and delicious!  To learn more about my daily diet and explore WFPB lifestyles more, please visit this page.
